We believe good gaming is controlled gaming. 1mcuc provides a range of tools and guides to help you play within healthy, responsible limits.
1mcuc is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We don't just want you to win — we want you to keep playing happily, in control, and stress-free. That's why we invest in real tools, policies, and support for every one of our members.
Six available tools to help you stay in control
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically block any additional deposits.
Limit the duration of your gaming sessions. When your set time is about to run out, the platform will send you a warning.
Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. All gaming functions will be suspended until the break period ends.
Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Your account will be inaccessible for the entire duration.
Set the maximum amount you're willing to lose in a day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, your gaming session will end automatically.
Our support team is always here to help. If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, reach out to us — we'll assist you without any judgment.
Responsible gaming means you choose to play mindfully — knowing your limits, playing within your means, and always putting your own and your family's well-being before entertainment. At 1mcuc, we see this not as your responsibility alone; it's a shared responsibility between the player and the platform.
Online gaming should be an enjoyable source of entertainment — just like watching a movie or playing sports. It only becomes a problem when it starts taking control away from you, rather than the other way around. That's why we've built tools that let you set your own rules before problems arise.
All self-management tools are accessible directly from your account settings within the 1mcuc platform or mobile app. The process is straightforward and requires no additional documentation:
Access the platform via the 1mcuc website or mobile app using your login credentials.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings" or "Account Management".
This dedicated tab contains all self-management tools in one easily accessible place.
Choose the limit type, enter your desired value, and confirm. Limits take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the limit type.
Our team is ready to help you set up the tools that best suit your needs via 24/7 live chat.
Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool in our self-management suite. When you choose to self-exclude, your account will be fully blocked for the period you select — whether that's 6 months, one year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or play.
Important to understand: self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. This is a feature we deliberately designed to provide real protection, not just a cosmetic one. If you choose a 6-month period, the account can only be reopened after a full 6 months have passed, and it requires an additional verification process.
If you choose permanent exclusion, your account will never be reopened. This is a final decision that we fully respect.
Sometimes we don't realise our gaming habits are starting to drift in an unhealthy direction. Here are some early warning signs to watch out for:
If you find yourself unable to stop even after trying, borrowing money to play, neglecting work or family responsibilities, or experiencing serious mental distress from losses — please contact the 1mcuc support team immediately. We will help you activate self-exclusion and connect you with relevant professional support resources.
Answer these questions honestly. If you answer "Yes" to three or more questions, consider using the self-management tools or contacting our support team.
Have you ever played with more money than you could afford to lose?
Have you ever tried to win back money you lost by continuing to play?
Has gaming ever caused you to lose sleep, feel anxious, or stressed?
Have people close to you ever expressed concern about your gaming habits?
Have you ever neglected work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gaming?
Do you feel the need to hide your gaming activity from others?
Next Steps: If you answer "Yes" to three or more questions, contact the 1mcuc support team or use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Acknowledging the problem is the single bravest first step you can take.
Problem gambling doesn't only affect the player — it also impacts family members and those close to them. If you are concerned about the gaming habits of someone you care about, there are ways you can help without triggering unnecessary confrontation.
Start with a calm, non-judgmental conversation. Express your concerns clearly using "I'm worried about..." rather than "You always..." to avoid putting them on the defensive. Encourage them to chat with the 1mcuc support team, and remind them that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
If you are a guardian or parent, make sure family safety software is installed on shared devices to prevent uncontrolled access to online gaming platforms. 1mcuc also supports any additional protective measures you feel are necessary.
For us at 1mcuc, responsible gaming is not just a small section on a policy page. It is part of our platform's DNA. From an interface design that doesn't aim to "trap" players, to real-time notifications reminding you of your play time — every design decision we make takes player well-being into account.
We have never and will never use manipulative tactics such as unnecessary urgent notifications, offers deliberately designed to pressure players in an emotional session, or game mechanics that knowingly allow play while intoxicated. Not because the law requires it — but because it is simply the right thing to do.
